OUR TEAM

Yvette Goodwin
Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Yvette is a dedicated and compassionate Accredited Exercise Physiologist with over 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry.
Drawing from a range of diverse experiences and interactions with individuals from all walks of life she believes in a holistic approach to healing. She is passionate about empowering her clients and will take the time to hear their story and concerns so they can work together to achieve the best possible outcome.
When she’s not at work Yvette loves a mix of the outdoors and enjoying some quiet time at home. You’ll often find her having fun adventures with her two (very) spoilt dogs, enjoying time with her horse or at home with her nose stuck in a good book.
Mackenzie is a friendly Accredited Exercise Physiologist that has spent time working with a range of clientele including professional sporting teams, neurological rehab, female orientated health and in rural communities. Her combined experience thus far has led to a passion in rehabilitation, whether it be post operative care, recovery from musculoskeletal injury or chronic pain management.
Mackenzie believes in the benefits from a holistic approach to rehabilitation and encouraging life-long adaptation. She understands how debilitating living with persistent pain can be and aims to help guide people back to living their lives beyond pain. Mackenzie encourages change through a focus on long term health, with sustainable, enjoyable and challenging exercise programming.
Outside of work, Mackenzie is a keen netball and tennis player. If not playing sport with her friends she will be spending time at the beach with a large coffee!
